Does anyone remember holiday cookies with a fun name sold at department stores?

I can’t remember if it was Woolworth’s or Montgomery Ward, or even maybe another store, but there were these really good sugar-like cookies with a fun name that were sold at the mall near my house during the holidays when I was a kid. Just trying to remember what they were!

Thanksgiving Cookies to Make in a Kindergarten Class?

I want to make a fun Thanksgiving cookie/dessert in my class, but I don’t have access to a microwave, crockpot, etc. I’ve seen turkey cookies made out of Oreos, marshmallows, and chocolate, but you need to heat up the chocolate, which I can’t do. Do you have any suggestions?
The problem is I don’t have access to anything like a microwave, toaster oven, etc. It’s just not possible for me to get one.

What should I get my friends for Christmas/Hanukkah?

I’m only 13 but I want to get my friends something sweet and from the heart for the holidays. I’m a bit poor. Naturally I’ll get my closer friends and individual presents. I have quite a lot of friends, so what’s something i could get them all? Something like cookies probably isn’t such a good idea because they probably would like attack them all.
