I’m baking cookies as holiday gifts for my friends and teachers, how many should I make per person?

I have about 41 people on my list – yikes! I want to finish all the baking in a day though; how many should I budget per person? I want to do 5, but I’m not sure if it’ll be possible to bake 200 cookies!
