Does anyone know of any fun but easy cookie recipes for Christmas?

i have two nieces, 9 year old and a 4 year old, that just lost their mom. im trying to make this Christmas fun for them and i wanted to see if there were any cookie recipes that they could help with that will be fun for them.

Any good cookie recipes that don’t use vanilla?

Hi, does anyone out there know a good cookie recipe that doesn’t use vanilla, because I don’t know for sure that I have any. Plus, I don’t have much else to do today. Thanks a lot!

Name of holiday cookies with sprinkles and cool shapes?

anyone remember the holiday cookies that had the sprinkles on them and were cut into trees, angels, stars, santa, etc… they are becoming increasingly hard to find and i am searching for a name or type of cookie they are so i can find a recipe.
